Dr. Esame has organized health seminars in many cities, such as Buea, Limbe, Douala, Yaounde, Bafoussam and Buea.
Her academic and professional journey is grounded in a strong commitment to healthcare, technical proficiency, and humanitarian service. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Medicine from the University of Buea, a credential that laid the foundation for her extensive work as a medical doctor across several prominent hospitals in Cameroon. Over the years, she has served in the Kumba General Hospital, Presbyterian Hospital Kumba, Regional Hospital Bafoussam, Regional Hospital Buea, and Mount Mary Hospital Buea, where she provided essential healthcare services and contributed to patient wellbeing in diverse medical environments.
Complementing her medical background is a broad academic portfolio. She is a holder of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Certificate, reflecting her alignment with global development objectives and humanitarian principles. Additionally, she obtained a specialized degree in Biomedical Device Maintenance under the auspices of the Swiss government, equipping her with the technical expertise required to manage and maintain critical medical equipment. She also possesses certification as an Epoxy Technician, further diversifying her technical capabilities. Her academic foundation includes the successful completion of the General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level with nine papers and the Advanced Level with three papers.
Beyond her clinical roles, she has cultivated a robust professional profile in technical fields, particularly in the areas of epoxy installation, solar energy systems, and biomedical machine maintenance. She has completed numerous epoxy and solar installation projects across Buea, Biagom-Bafoussam, and Bamenda. Her experience in medical equipment maintenance spans several institutions, including Buea Regional Hospital and Kumba General Hospital, as well as facilities in Koutaba, Foumban, and Yaoundé. In these roles, she ensured the optimal functionality and reliability of biomedical machines essential for patient care.
In addition to her work in conventional and technical medicine, she is also a certified Doctor in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), reflecting her interest in holistic and integrative approaches to healthcare. She also serves as an SDG-UN Ambassador, advocating for sustainable development initiatives and health equity on a global scale.
Her skill set spans multiple disciplines and includes administration and leadership, epoxy and solar installation, machine repair and maintenance, as well as expertise in the financial sectors of cryptocurrency and forex trading. This multidisciplinary capability enables her to function effectively across various professional domains, from healthcare to technology and finance.
She also contributes to organizational development through leadership and volunteer service. She serves as Assistant Manager at the Joy Foundation, where she supports strategic initiatives and community outreach programs. Additionally, she is involved with Diversity in Development, an organization that promotes inclusivity and innovation in social advancement.
