The Nigerians in Diaspora Chamber of Commerce (NiDCC) is a global business institution registered in the United States of America, with representation in Nigeria and operations that extend globally. Our mission is to empower individuals, businesses, and institutions through trade, policy, innovation, and strategic collaboration between emerging markets and advanced economies. By becoming a member, registering for events, or using NiDCC services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.
NiDCC membership is open to individuals, entrepreneurs, corporate entities, investors, and professionals aligned with our mission. Membership applications are subject to approval by NiDCC.
Membership is valid for 12 months and renewable annually. Renewal reminders will be sent prior to expiration.
Once paid and processed, membership fees are non-refundable, regardless of participation, inactivity, cancellation by the member, or termination of membership.
Payments for conferences, summits, networking events, trainings, or any Chamber-hosted engagements are non-refundable and non-transferable. No-shows or personal schedule conflicts do not qualify for refunds.
Payments for professional development programs, business acceleration initiatives, or trade missions are non-refundable, except in the rare case of NiDCC cancelling the program.
Note: All contributions support the sustainability and mission of NiDCC’s global programs.
Members and participants are granted access to resources, events, training materials, business tools, and collaborative platforms. These resources must not be copied, distributed, sold, or repurposed without written authorization.
All NiDCC content, designs, logos, templates, reports, and event recordings are the intellectual property of the Chamber. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in legal action.
NiDCC adheres to best practices in data privacy. Member and participant information will be used solely for communication, engagement, and internal analytics. NiDCC will not sell or share your data without your consent.
Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban from NiDCC platforms.
NiDCC provides a platform for growth, engagement, and opportunities; however, we do not guarantee outcomes, investment success, or business results. All decisions remain the responsibility of the member or participant.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America, where NiDCC is legally registered, and secondarily by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, where NiDCC maintains its continental representation. NiDCC operates with a global jurisdiction, and all disputes shall be resolved under the applicable laws of these jurisdictions, depending on context and territory of engagement.
NiDCC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
